New Cleaning Tower in BORG

It was nice to return in Oberon and share with BORG MANUFACTURING the challenge of new Cleaning Tower, which processes 33 t/h of recycled wood for the production of Particleboard Panels.

This new installation permits to use the Recycled wood on the existing PB line built in 2016 by PAL S.r.l., planned for a production capacity of 1.800 m3/day.

We decided to insert n°2 all in one Cyclops with air blade and metal removal + optical sorters that detects plastics (including back ones) and laminated particles with NIR technology, for the micro and macro fraction respectively.
